Scott asked Alex while seated on the throne (not toilet) in the Kronborg Castle in Denmark on vacation.

The Venue: Chateau des Fleures in Angier, North Carolina

When it came to your venue selection, why did you choose to get married at the Chateau des Fleures in Angier, North Carolina?

It was the most beautiful venue! Also the Chateau included all the vendors and planner.

We at Divine Nine couldn't agree more! The Chateau is a hidden gem, located just south of Raleigh and northeast of Southern Pines/ Pinehurst.

The Planning Journey

When it came to planning your wedding, what was most important to you?

That we would remember it forever; and our guests would have the time of their life.

If you could provide a tip to another couple planning their wedding, what would it be?

Same as we were told - don't sweat the small stuff. Only YOU will know that it wasn't 'perfect'. Enjoy the process don't let it overcome you. The wedding day passes by in a heartbeat and it's over.

The beauty and creative details of this wedding made it one of our favorite weddings to help plan! From the custom signage, beautifully themed tables, gorgeous flower walls, and a special Love Line message from the one and only Lady Whistledown. This wedding was truly the Social Event of the Season!
