About the Role
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us as a Wedding Planner Assistant. Join our team to work closely with experienced wedding planners and ensure smooth wedding execution. This is a part-time/ seasonal position with an opportunity for growth.
Be an advocate for the couple, ensuring a smooth day and handling any issues that arise
Manage setup for ceremony & reception
Handle all day-of operations from morning to teardown
Welcome and guide vendors
Coordinate with vendors on setups
Arrange seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, and decor
Support wedding party and family
Organize end-of-event details like gifts, favors, send-offs
*The Part-Time Assistant role has a wage of $18-20 an hour. Events range from 10-12 hours.
Requirements
Ability to work weekends is essential
Ability to travel to events within North Carolina
Must have strong communication skills and be detail-oriented
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.
