About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us as a Wedding Planner Assistant. Join our team to work closely with experienced wedding planners and ensure smooth wedding execution. This is a part-time/ seasonal position with an opportunity for growth.


  • Be an advocate for the couple, ensuring a smooth day and handling any issues that arise

  • Manage setup for ceremony & reception

  • Handle all day-of operations from morning to teardown

  • Welcome and guide vendors

  • Coordinate with vendors on setups

  • Arrange seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, and decor

  • Support wedding party and family

  • Organize end-of-event details like gifts, favors, send-offs


*The Part-Time Assistant role has a wage of $18-20 an hour. Events range from 10-12 hours.

Requirements

  • Ability to work weekends is essential

  • Ability to travel to events within North Carolina

  • Must have strong communication skills and be detail-oriented

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.
